The Feminine Power
Ilka will accompany you on a discovery journey of the Medicine Wheel to meet the different archetypes of women: the butterfly girl, the warrior woman, the wild woman and the wise woman. We will also explore our masculine side.The workshop will be accompanied by hands-on exercises like womb breathing, dancing and singing as well as shamanic journeys for exploration.
I propose a deep initiation from my experience as a woman, mother, teacher and healer, all in joy! If you are having difficulty in your relationships, that your projects do not take off, that you feel a victim of your life ... this workshop will help you!
